We want you to feel confident in your Jaggad gear, so if your new activewear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location or drop-off point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
